What is a release of client data agreement?
Before you hand over any passwords or confidential information it’s important to get your client to sign a release in order to protect yourself from future liability. This release template states that your client understands that they are receiving confidential information and that they agree to keep this information confidential, your client agrees to indemnify and hold you harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of this information. This agreement template also states that your client should notify you of any security breach in connection to login credentials.
